The Nordic Battery Collaboration between Innovation Norway, Business Sweden, and Business Finland hosted actors from across the Nordic battery ecoystem for the second regional visit.

The location for this visit was Arendal, Norway and focused on innovative battery materials and the regional nuances of sourcing raw materials and combining this with sustainable recycling.

The hosts for this site visit were Arendal municipality, Agder County Council, Battery Norway, and Eyde Cluster. This event was supported by Nordic Innovation.

The agenda included site visits to UiA including tours of Morrow Batteries Research Center, UiA Battery Lab , Future Materials Norwegian, Mechatronics Innovation Lab at UiA Campus Grimstad, and Vianode / Glencore Nikkelverk in Kristiansand
