Joining Forces: Strengthening the Nordic battery value chain

The Nordic Battery Collaboration booth at Future Battery Forum enabled and facilitated stakeholders from across the Nordic, European, and global battery ecosystem to connect, network, and develop partnerships. We offered our guests the opportunity to use the Nordic booth as a platform to present their solutions or pitch their product or service to invited connections. We also organised visits to other booths.

Why did we attend the Future Battery Forum?

In August 2023, the new EU Battery Regulation came into effect, acting as a catalyst for accelerating the need for a strong battery value chain in Europe. Meanwhile, the demand for electric vehicles has grown exponentially in recent years, putting pressure on manufacturers to supply more carbon-friendly batteries. While there are challenges ahead of us, there are many opportunities to unlock the Nordic potential to advance battery production and technologies.

To enable and facilitate stakeholders from across the Nordic, European, and global battery ecosystem to connect, network, and develop partnerships. We offered Nordic companies within the battery ecosystem the opportunity to use the Nordic booth as a platform to present solutions and pitch their product or service to relevant stakeholders at the event.
